GRASS ROOTS/SUPER JUNIOR
JK/SK/Grade 1/Grade 2
Super Juniors is an entry level league for the littlest of players. We start out with 10 minutes of dribbling, layups, and learning proper shots, then move into a game consisting of eight 3 minute shifts. While the kids learn the rules of the game, this is still a very lenient league; In the JK/SK division, expect a lot of running with the ball, lots of double dribbles, and a whole lot of air balls! In the Grade 1/2 division, there will be double dribbles and travels, but it will be called more. This game is played on lowered nets, so if your child is in grade 1/2 and has good athletic ability, moving up to the Junior division might be better. The main focus for this division is team building skills, gaining confidence on the court, and learning to love the game!

JUNIOR
Grade 3/4
The Junior division consists of a wide variety of beginner to skilled players for their age. Teams are made as evenly as possible, and players are coached to stick to their own player. All regular rules apply at this level, and there is lenience for travelling, double dribbles, etc., but is called more and more as the season progresses. The game consists of eight 4 minute shifts for equal play. We play 4 on 4 at this level to make sure players spread out more, and for all the kids to get touches on the ball, and is better for player development.

INTERMEDIATE
Grade 5/6
The Intermediate division consists of a wide variety of beginner to skilled players for their age. Teams are made as evenly as possible, and players are coached to stick to a player as close to their skill level as possible. All regular rules apply at this level. There is a less lenience for travelling for developing players, and more and more is called as the season progresses. For players at a higher skill level, the game is called a little tighter. The game consists of eight 4 minute shifts for equal play. We play 4 on 4 at this level to make sure players spread out more, and for all the kids to get touches on the ball. It is better for player development.

Grade 7/8

HIGH SCHOOL JUNIOR & SENIOR
Grade 9/10 & Grade 11/12/13
The High School division consists of a wide variety of beginner to skilled players for their age. Teams are made as evenly as possible. All regular rules apply at this level. There is no lenience for travelling, double dribble, etc. Things start to get more competitive at this level, and the games are called as tight as possible.

WOMEN'S LEAGUE
Ages 17+
The Women's division consists of a wide variety of beginner to skilled players, and ages range from 14-50. If you think you're not going to be able to keep up to the younger players, don't worry because this league is a very wide variety of rec and competitive players. You should really give this a chance! Teams are made as evenly as possible. All regular rules apply at this level. There is no lenience for travelling, double dribble, etc. This league is a lot of fun, and a great way to keep in shape!

MEN'S OPEN COMPETITIVE LEAGUE
Ages 18+
The Men's Open Competitive division consists of a wide variety of skill levels, and ages range from 18-50. Teams can be made by their captains, but must be approved by all other captains in the league. All regular rules apply at this level.

MEN'S OPEN SUMMER LEAGUE
Ages 18+
The Men's Open Recreational division consists of a wide variety of skill levels, and ages range from 18-50. Teams can be made by their captains, but must be approved by all other captains in the league. All regular rules apply at this level.
This league is meant for players who:
- just want to come out and have a good time
- have just graduated high school and aren't quite ready for the Competitive division
- are older players who are ready to step out of the Competitive division

MEN'S 35+ LEAGUE
Ages 35+
The Men's 35+ division consists of a wide variety of skill levels, and ages range from 35-65 (We will take older, but our current oldest is 66!). Teams can be made by their captains, but must be approved by all other captains in the league. All regular rules apply at this level. While this league is competitive, it is a great opportunity to come out and have some fun and get good exercise!
